More twitter failure

We already know that, by centralizing tweets on a server, any twitter user is bound to lose his data anytime anyhow, and that the user is subject to US law even if the user is not living in the US. In other words, twitter is just a joke.

But this time, it's even more a joke with the latest twitter plan, which is to curate stuff they publish. Read : they will filter what is posted based on arbitrary rules, meaning that whenever you post something on twitter, you are not guaranteed to be seen by anybody out there, and also you will never know if what you see is all there is to see since twitter may hold all or part of the so-called conversation.

It's amazing to me this crap has not gone yet to the cemetary of failed startups. Must be because there are powers that be out there that are injecting money for reasons that are not supposed to be known by users : possibly a propaganda tool by secret services (Arab spring comes to mind, isn't this thing a CIA ploy?).
