Build 3.0.0.68 of xlsgen has a fix for the export to html output. The output would include blank rows at the bottom even when said rows were programmatically deleted before exporting to html.

This actually also impacts all outputs, including PDF, XPS, ... since outputs are all iterating over the same amount of rows.
