Build 3.0.0.70 of xlsgen has a fix for cell formatting in XLSX files.

We were using the file format's fills collection as a non-unique list, and Excel 2007+ actually expects this list to be made of uniques. It could have had visual artefacts in Excel 2007+ for two prewritten fills ("none" and "gray 12.5%"), for instance after a change of value.
