And sure enough, I checked the blog post, then those linking to it. There is no discussion whatsoever.

Conclusions :

1) Techmeme is paid to post links to the highest bidder. Microsoft pays him.

2) Anyone reading Techmeme calling himself an informed person deserves his butt be kicked.
