Build 3.0.0.167 of xlsgen is a fix pack for charts.

It includes the following improvements and fixes :

- Reading of both alternate axis crossing for XLSX charts
- Reading of high-low formatting from existing charts. (High-low formatting is mostly used in financial charts.)
- Exposure of high-low line formatting in automatic source code generator.
- Exposure of line marker colors in automatic source code generator.
- Improved reading of pie explosion distance (XLS and XLSX). (It can appear for the entire series or for individual data points.)
- Exposure of pie explosion distance in automatic source code generator.
- Individual line markers exposure in the automatic source code generator.
