Microsoft last business quarter : good?bad?

Microsoft last business quarter : good?bad?

Results reflect what's going on behind the scene :

- Revenue in the more personal computing unit fell 17 percent in the quarter due to lower Windows Phone revenue (54% y-o-y).
- Surface revenue fell to $673 million in the first quarter, down from $888 million in the fiscal fourth quarter.
- Windows revenue was down across the board.

Overall less revenue, but they have managed to obtain a 4.6 billion profit on cloud nonsense (NSA compliant). Of which how much they will pay in taxes in Europe (through tax heavens) and in the USA (through Delaware tax heaven) ?

Technically, Microsoft is cooked. It's over, guys. Phones? Checked! Surface devices? Checked! Windows 10? Checked!

Perhaps they have a future selling mouses and keyboards. But that is it.

If you are learning WinRT or Windows 10 APIs, stop doing harm to yourself you masochist !
