xlsgen 3.5 build #21 : Fix for the calculation engine

Build 3.5.0.21 of xlsgen has another fix for the calculation engine, related to mimicking Excel for handling undefined names in formulas.

Until this build, xlsgen would return a #NAME? error whenever calculating a formula where somewhere down in the calculation tree, an undefined name is being referred to.

Excel however thinks differently, and does not necessarily mark or signal such an error : it does only under certain ciscumstances, for instance a case including IF() code branch is being executed, while the other code branch with an undefined name isn't. xlsgen mimics Excel in this regard.
