Well done guys. Microsoft just acquired most of Nokia using offshore cash so basically for nothing. This is US imperialism at its best. Of course it's a shame for Nokia as a European company, but whoever pretended Europe was anything independent of the US gets taught one more lesson today.

Offshore cash is the mechanism by which Microsoft, a Delaware-based multinational, is actually using unpaid tax money across Europe and abroad to make purchases. Offshore cash circuits tax heavens, so basically Microsoft and others (Google, Apple, ...) is a mafia running a mafia system under the disguise of capitalism. In fact, this is US imperialism at its best. Needless to say, for EU commissioners, all of this mafia is 100% legal, and even welcome.

However, this will result in major employment and capital losses at Nokia and all their third-parties for years to come.
